NSCP is looking for an investment advisor to provide periodic review and recommendations on its investment account, currently valued between $1-$2 million. For this engagement NSCP is seeking a passively managed strategy. The chosen advisor would provide an annual review of and recommendations to NSCP's investment policy statement, portfolio rebalancing recommendations as-necessary, and at least a bi-annual summary report (including market outlook, year over year returns and benchmarks).
