On the recent DOL Fiduciary Rule Working Group call with Tim Hauser and Ali Khawar, of the DOL, a concern regarding the 9/23/2024 implementation date was expressed.  Understanding that many firms implement new technology requirements, disclosure requirements etc. on a quarterly date, NSCP would like to know if this causes difficulties for compliance professionals.
