Job Summary

UT Southwestern is hiring a Senior Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our Information Security team. This role will be instrumental in safeguarding sensitive hospital and university data. As a governance risk and compliance analyst, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance with established cybersecurity controls frameworks, regulatory and legal requirements, and policies and standards. You will collaborate closely with our risk analysts and have the opportunity to lead and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity assessments and strategic projects to strengthen our Information Security program.

We are looking for an IT cybersecurity professional with expertise in IT, internal and third-party risk assessment, and a strong background in GRC. This is a flexible hybrid position, requiring the ability to attend on-site meetings and work on-site as needed for team collaboration and urgent security matters.
