Core Compliance & Legal Services, Inc.℠ (“Core Compliance”) specializes in providing compliance and risk management for the financial industry, which includes investment advisers, investment companies, broker-dealers, and advisers to private funds. We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist who has a passion for learning and growing in this dynamic industry in a fast-paced environment with upward opportunities. The Client Experience Specialist will report to our Vice President of Operations and will lead Core Compliance’s inbound sales efforts, including deal creation, provide recurring reporting, and cultivating relationships with existing clients to increase scope of services provided. The Client Experience Specialist should have at least three (3) to five (5) years of inbound service or sales experience with a proven B2B track record. Financial services industry experience is preferred but not required.

WHAT WE WILL EXPECT OF YOU:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum of three (3) years of inbound sales or inbound service experience with measurable historic success
Manage a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, within the B2B segment
Make quality personal and be obsessive about organization
Create a tone of friendliness and warmth and deliver legendary customer service
Enthusiastic and influential communicator with ability to connect with clients and prospects
Be a fanatic of response time and honor commitments
Listen generously and communicate to be understood
Be process orientated and relentless about improvement
A competitive, self-starter with an innate hunger to exceed goals and expectations
A team player who can collaborate cross functionally between all internal departments to provide world class service and support
Experience leveraging a CRM to effectively manage prospects and clients
Proven ability to “read” people and situations effectively
Ability to identify challenges, requirements and needs of new prospects as well as identify new opportunities
Maintain, cultivate, and expand existing client base
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and provide weekly reports to Executive Management Committee
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
Approximately 5-10% travel anticipated (post-COVID)

Salary and commission based on experience
Commissions are based on sales benchmarks, which will be provided to candidates who progress through the interview process
