2026 NSCP National Conference

Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM (EDT) to Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 12:30 PM (EDT)

Our National Conference is the premier gathering of financial services compliance professionals in the country, bringing together decision-makers and industry leaders from across the financial services landscape. It offers an unparalleled platform to share your message with influential practitioners who will carry insights, solutions, and strategies back to their firms—amplifying your impact well beyond the event itself.

The NSCP National Conference is where compliance professionals come together to learn from those who do the work every day. Gain real-world lessons, practical solutions, and peer insights you can take back to your organization—while building connections with the people who understand your work best.

Go beyond the sessions with opportunities to connect directly with regulators, hear their perspectives, and better understand what is ahead for the profession. And expand your impact beyond technical compliance with insights on leading compliance teams, building effective programs, managing risk, and navigating change.

CE Credits Available at the 2026 NSCP National Conference

NSCP will once again be offering the opportunity for attendees to receive Continuing Education (“CE”) credit(s) at the 2026 National Conference!

Certificates of Attendance will be issued to those who sign up for Continuing Education when they register for the event AND verify their attendance using their mobile devices camera to scan the QR code upon entering each CE eligible breakout session.

CLE (State of FL) and CPE

  • CLE (Florida only) - Up to 8.7 total credits available
    • 60-minute sessions: 1.2 credits
    • 75-minute sessions: 1.5 credits
  • CPE - Up to 8.4 total credits available
    • 60-minute and 75-minute sessions: 1.2 credits each
  • NSCP will apply for approval to award CLE credits for the National Conference from the State Bar of Florida, as that is where the event is located.
  • All certificates of attendance (“COA”) awarded for CLE (FL) and CPE list the number of credits earned as the National Conference will be submitted for approval for CLE and NSCP is a current sponsor with the NASBA.

CE for Other Designations (not CLE (FL) or CPE)

  • Other Professional Designations (excluding Florida CLE and CPE)
    • Credit eligibility is determined by the attendee's applicable licensing or credentialing organization upon submission.
  • A general COA will be awarded to those who seek CE credit for designations other than CLE (FL) or CPE.
  • General COAs do not include ‘credits earned’ as NSCP does not apply for approval from any organizations other than for CLE (FL) & CPE and cannot guarantee that every designation will recognize NSCP as an accredited provider for in-person/ online/virtual/distance learning and thus many choose not to award you credit for this event.
  • Anyone who receives a general COA will need to self-apply for CE credit with the governing board for their designation.

Receiving CE for the 2026 NSCP National Conference is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 !

1. Register for CE

  • Choose “Yes” to the Continuing Education question when registering for the conference, providing the requested information.
  • If you have already registered for the conference and did not register for CE, email certification@nscp.org PRIOR to the conference to update your registration.

2. Verify Your Attendance

  • You MUST verify your attendance for each CE eligible session that you attend and you need CE credit for. No Scan – No Credit – No Exceptions.

3. Receive Your Certificate of Attendance

  • All certificates of attendance (COA) will be sent to attendees via email from NSCP within 4-5 weeks after the conference has concluded.
  • NSCP will provide those attendees who registered for CE with a COA, awarding credit for sessions that attendance was verified by a successful scan.

CLE

  • NSCP will ONLY apply for approval of Continuing Legal Education (“CLE”) with the State Bar of Florida.
  • If you need CLE credit in a state other than Florida, you will need to self-apply to the state you are licensed using the Certificate of Attendance provided by NSCP.

Note: Every state bar sets their own rules and follows their own guidelines. NSCP cannot guarantee that every state will recognize NSCP as an accredited provider for in-person/ online/virtual/distance learning and thus many choose not to award you CLE credits for this event.

CPE

The National Society of Compliance Professionals is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Time stamped scans for each session will be required before the start of each session. Failure to scan in at any point will prevent NSCP from providing a COA for the session(s) in question.

NSCP will work to resolve all complaints made known with regard to continuing education or a certificate of attendance reported directly to NSCP via email to certification@nscp.org.

f you are unable to scan due to a technical issue, you must notify NSCP Staff via email @ certfication@nscp.org within the first 15 minutes of that session to confirm your attendance in order to receive credit. Your email should include your name, session #, and scan issue and will serve as your attendance verification.

Financial Hardship Policy

As required by various state continuing legal education boards, NSCP has adopted a financial hardship policy that applies to attorneys experiencing financial hardship. Financial hardship is defined as an attorney who earns less than $75,000 per year. The attorney must provide to NSCP proof of income and/or attestation of employment status. Upon verification of status, NSCP will advise the attorney on how to register for a reduced cost that is based on the attorney’s status and NSCP’s policy.
